We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all merchandise orders in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Your shipping address must be in Canada.
During Checkout you will see the total price, including shipping and handling charges, in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.

Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on ilo-socialenterprise.com, visit the Account Information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information.
For your convenience, you will see the expected delivery date for your order when you select a delivery option, on the Order Confirmation page, on the Order Details page, and on the Order Confirmation email. Ilosoa will be wrapped up in a recycled box and without packaging (wastless principle).
We accept returns. You can return unused items within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
All regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items over 50% are non-refundable.
